The Opportunity

My client is a well-established global freight forwarder with an extensive network across multiple regions, specializing in automotive and high-tech industries. Renowned for professionalism and tailored solutions, they deliver reliable supply chain services and support complex logistics needs.

They are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage invoicing, handle disputes, and ensure smooth financial operations.

Permanent and stable opportunity

Training provided

Location: Alps (transportation provided the east)

Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6:30pm)

Salary up to $4000+ AWS + VB

The job

Prepare and issue accurate invoices in accordance with customer contracts and company policies

Review and reconcile billing statements to ensure accuracy

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and handle billing disputes

Maintain and update billing records and documentation

Support month-end billing and financial reporting processes

The Talent:

Min. 2 years of professional experience in freight forwarding industry.

Proficiency in import/ export documentation and familiarity with Tradenet will be advantageous.
