Key Responsibility :

? Design seasonal and promotional menus for the bakery and central kitchen.
? Conduct tastings and gather feedback.
? Ensure that all food prepared meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
? Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
? Oversee production schedules.
? Optimize kitchen workflows and processes .
? Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, conducting regular audits.
? Develop and monitor budgets for the bakery and central kitchen operations, ensuring adherence.
? Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.
? Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
? Collaborate with other departments (e.g., CEO, sales & marketing) to support promotional activities and new product launches.
