The Job:
HR Administration
Maintain and update physical and electronic personnel files.
Manage incoming documents via SharePoint/eRegistry and update tracking lists.
Upload staff photos to HR system and support general HRBP tasks.
Data & Records Management
Review and clean HR datasets to resolve errors and inconsistencies.
Verify and update records across systems.
Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and perform regular quality checks.
Recruitment Support
Assist with full recruitment cycle: scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and onboarding.
Maintain candidate records and update applicant tracking system.
Handle visitor clearance and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
Internship Coordination
Liaise with interns on documentation and internship details.
Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain intern records.
Coordinate with supervisors and track issuance of testimonials and assessments.
Submit system requests and provide general internship-related support.
Requirements:
At least 3 years' relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnership admin, recruitment admin, internship and data management in Government agencies.
Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
Proficient/Experience in RPA and data analytics software such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
