Position : Logistics / Shipping Admin – Mandai – Up to $3,500
Location : Mandai Estate (ONLY 5 minutes’ walk to nearest Bus stop)
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
Salary : Up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable bonus + 10 days Annual leave

Responsibilities:
Prepare export documentation
Processing of import & export documents (invoice, bill of ladings, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, insurance and etc.)
Co-ordination with shipping line, consolidator, trucking company and Transport Company
Handle documents and coordination to ensure smooth shipment and timely collection of cargo
Handle Customs Permit Declaration
Knowledge in Customs Export Cargo Declaration and IncoTerms
Liaising with forwarders and overseas agents with regards to incoming / outgoing shipments
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in handling import & export permit, and bill of lading
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
