The Job
Accountable for managing existing customer accounts, including tracking and following up on payment dues.
Responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with end customers, ensuring satisfaction through regular engagement.
Proactively identify service gaps and opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
Capable of upselling and cross-selling, with the ability to perform sales forecasting and support the annual budgeting process; strong understanding of sales processes is essential.
Prepare and issue quotations, follow up with customers through to closure, and work toward achieving departmental sales KPIs.
Possess solid knowledge of the company's products and solutions, and able to recommend suitable alternatives to customers when needed.
Work closely with internal teams including Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure smooth execution.
You Bring
Degree in Engineering or a related field.
3 years of relevant experience in the Fiber Optics, Semiconductor, Silicon Photonics, or related industries.
Proven track record in sales and business development, with experience in closing deals.
Proficient in commonly used sales tools and software.
Technical knowledge in optical technologies and/or Silicon Photonics is preferred.
Willing to travel moderately when required.
