Working Hours: Mon to Fri, office hours
Salary: Up to $14/hr
Job Description:
Assist with scheduling, coordinating and maintaining appointments and calendar for HOD
Setting up and taking minutes of meeting
Attend to staff’s enquiries such as email nominations and meditech forms etc
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma
Good attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Singaporeans only
