Job Responsibilities:
File Opening
Prepare client correspondence
Draft standard court documents
Attend to client's basic enquiries and communications
E-filing and submitting of documents to Court, doing searches
Prepare invoices and monitor payment
Scheduling appointments and monitoring court diary
Managing deadlines, progress of matter and updating status reports
Managing case closure and archiving process
All other secretarial & administrative duties assigned.
Job Requirement:
Able to work independently and work in a team.
E-litigation knowledge is necessary.
