Job Responsibilities
Reception Counter Management:
- Oversee mail/document handling, visitor/vendor coordination, mail posting, dispatch schedules, courier services, and mail franking.
Office Management:
- Monitor and restock office supplies, liaise with vendors for orders and payments, and handle invoice clearance
- Schedule maintenance and repairs for office equipments
- Track contract expiry dates and manage renewals & extensions
Administrative:
- Updating of new joiners into system
- Collecting of clearance form & any outboarding materials
- Maintain & update inventory
- Assist in event coordination
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant would be an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital technologies
Good verbal and written communication skills
