5 days per week, office hours
Working location: Outram Park
12 months contract
Job scope:
Provide administrative support, including reports, documentation, and meeting coordination.
Assist in designing and distributing marketing materials.
Manage corporate gifts, including inventory and sourcing.
Maintain content and assets on digital platforms.
Support event planning and execution.
Assist with sponsorship, donations, and fundraising efforts.
Handle ad hoc tasks, including vendor coordination.
Job Requirements:
2 years' experience in Marketing, Customer Service, or Communications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office; basic Photoshop/InDesign skills
Video editing knowledge is a plus
Familiar with social media platforms and tools
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-driven
Team player who can also work independently
Event management and fundraising experience preferred
