Position : Sourcing /Purchasing Officer (Procurement / RFQ/ Material listing)- ALL WELCOME

Location : Paya Lebar (Nearest MRT - Tai Seng/ MacPherson)

Working hours : 5 days work week (Monday - Friday) - 9am -6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + 14 days Annual Leave

Duration : Permanent

Industry : MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRONIC, ELECTRIC WIRES AND CABLES

Main Responsibilities:

Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation

Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.

Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative materials.

Maintain an updated supplier database and build strong supplier relationships.

Quotation & Negotiation

Request, review, and analyse supplier quotations.

Negotiate price, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.

Assist in resolving supplier quality or delivery issues.

Participate in procurement projects as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Globe 3) is an advantage.
