Position: HR Executive

Location: Alexandra Road (walking distance from Labrador Park MRT)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement Benefit + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management

Manage employee lifecycle activities: hiring, orientation, confirmation, leave, benefits, insurance, and exit processes

Maintain and update HR systems and employee records (e.g., Times Soft)

Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations

Coordinate training, development programs, and performance review cycles

Ensure HR policies comply with legal and regulatory standards

Support compensation and benefits planning through market research and benchmarking

Attend to employee relations, welfare, engagement, and communications

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant working experience

Possess a Degree in any discipline

Knowledgeable in Employment Act, CPF and MOM guidelines

Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
