Position: Accounts Assistant (SIMPLE DUTIES)
Location: Defu Lane
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,600 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Handles daily AR and AP functions
Assist in data entry of receipts and supplier invoices in accounting system
Monitoring outstanding invoices with customers
Preparation of payment to suppliers and customers
Handle AR/AP reconciliation
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
Possess Diploma in Finance/Accountancy and 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
