Position Title: Admin Assistant/ General Admin
Working Location: Gul Circle
Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon-Thurs, 8:30AM-6PM; Friday, 8:30AM-5PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, and related documentation
Source quotations and prepare Purchase Orders for approval
Handle examination and course registration processes
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing phone inquiries
Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management
