Position : Sales Admin (Costing/Quotation)
Location : Ubi- office shifting to Pasir Panjang in Aug 2025
Working hours : 5 days (Monday-Friday 9.30am-6.00pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3700 + Bonus + 14 days Annual leave

Main responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations based on project plans, specs, and client needs.
Carry out quantity take-offs and material measurements from architectural and engineering drawings.
Assist in drafting tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.
Analyze project changes or claims and provide cost assessments.
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and monitoring project progress.
Handle sales inquiries, create proposals, and follow up with clients on quotations.
Requirement:
Experience in quantity surveying is a plus.
Solid understanding of wall acoustic systems and wallcovering materials, including installation methods and industry standards.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
