Position : Project Manager – Up to $4,500 - Eunos
Location : Eunos
Working hours : Monday to Friday - 9.00AM to 5.30PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + AWS + Transport Allowance + 12 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope.
Manage team performance, assign tasks, and provide guidance.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Report project progress and issues to senior management.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation and ensure reports are accurate and complete.
Requirements:
Minimum O Level qualifications
Prior experience in project supervision role in related industry
Ability to conduct on-site measurements independently and accurately interpret construction drawings.
Proficient in industry related tools (Eg. CAD, SketchUp, etc.)
Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
