Business Development (Sales Focus):
- Build and expand client networks through face-to-face meetings, networking events, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Negotiate service agreements, including retained search and contingency fees.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for job orders and revenue.
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial job brief to final offer acceptance.
Account Management:
- Strengthen client relationships through regular check-ins, market updates, and insights on talent trends.
- Promote additional services, such as employer branding and bulk hiring solutions.
Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Basic salary + commission + incentives.
