Position : Customer Service Executive (Freight forwarding /Sea freight)
Location : Tampines Industrial Crescent
Working hours : 5 working days, Monday-Friday 8:30- 5:30
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up $3500 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Attending to Customer’s enquiries and booking of shipments
Arrange for space bookings and monitoring
Liaise closely with Import/Export Department for smooth execution for all jobs
Preparation of all pre-alerts to all respective stations prior to arrival and departure of shipping
Checking of arriving and uplift details each morning and also keep all Customers informed of the acquired information
To check and ensure customers special request/handling is duly complied
Deal with the respective parties effectively & efficiently, using a diplomacy and negotiation skills
Good fillings systems and proper housekeeping
Build and improve good working relationships with the internal and external customers
Requirements:
At least 2 year experience in freight forwarding (Sea freight)
GCE’O’ Level & above
Independent as well as a term player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Proficient in MS office applications
Must be able to operate efficiently under pressure and able to multi
