The Job
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving merchant acquisition efforts and leading initiatives that require a deep understanding of product offerings to boost merchant engagement and growth. Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct one-hour business reviews for unmanaged merchants, providing recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Document detailed feedback and requirements post-review and ensure timely follow-ups to execute recommendations.
- Effectively conduct telesales to convert leads into acquisitions.
- Conduct workshops (in-person or via Zoom) to educate merchants about the app platform's products and services.
- Propose effective cross-sell strategies and collaborate with broader teams to offer tailored solutions for business growth.
The Talent
At least 3 months of office admin experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Powerpoint/Excel, including functions such as vlookup and pivot tables
At least 3 months of office admin, receptionist or customer service experience
Background in F&B industry would be preferred
Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision
