Position: Admin Assistant (Operations)
Location: Tuas (Company transport provided from Pioneer MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,800 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Address and resolve both internal and external operational issues as they arise
Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and with stakeholders
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline processes
Oversee and coordinate operational activities including scheduling, logistics, and documentation
Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing schedules, handling inquiries, and maintaining records
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant administrative working experience is preferred
Minimum 'O' Level certificate
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Full training is provided for inexperienced candidates
