Position : Admin Assistant (Shipping-SIMPLE DUTIES)
Location : Orchard
Working hours : 5.25 days work week, Monday - Friday :9.30am -6.00pm, Saturday 9.30am - 1.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3400 + AWS + Bonus + Insurance + Medical

Main Responsibilities:
To receive shipping documents from overseas supplier
To input stocks into system including all stock inventory
To Process delivery order and Tax ,Invoice to customers
To assist in Promotion signage for events and label printing for salesfloor
Monthly stock take calculations
Assist Manager in daily admin ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required
O level above
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
