Position : Admin Executive (Car/Automotive Insurance)
Location : Sin Ming Drive
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
General email servicing and enquiries support for Insurance team
Data entry of prospective customers into cloud-based system
Follow up on new leads to secure new clientele
Generate quotes from insurers to support dealers
Generate daily sales report
Generate monthly renewal list to call and follow up
Prepare monthly reports such as tallying monthly sales against reported cases
Tally warranty cases taken in and generate Excel report
Administrative duties to ensure completeness of insurance documentation
Other ad-hoc matters assigned
Requirements:
Min O’ Levels and above
Min 2 years’ experience in insurance administration
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
