Position: Admin Assistant (Customer Service / Simple Duties ) - TUAS
Location: Tuas Ave (Company Transport to the nearest MRT will be provided)
Working hours: 5.5 Monday - Friday + ALTERNATE full Saturday (with Overtime Pay)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2800 + (Overtime Pay for Saturdays) + 10 days Annual Leave additional 1 every year max of 14 days + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Industry: MANUFACTURE AND REPAIR OF ELECTRIC GENERATORS
Main Responsibilities:
Process and verify orders / customer requests / invoices, resolving discrepancies swiftly
Maintain and update critical data in Excel and our internal databases
Assist department heads with projects, documentation, and day-to-day admin tasks
Coordinate with colleagues to gather information for precise record-keeping
Prepare and dispatch insurance documents and technical drawings to customers
Arrange external transport for machinery delivery and collection
Manage customer orders and enquiries with professionalism and speed
Handle filing, scheduling, document prep, and incoming call
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
