Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily operations of chimney cleaning services to ensure high-quality standards.
*Manage and train cleaning staff, ensuring they adhere to safety and procedural guidelines.
*Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
*Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide excellent customer service.
*Prepare reports on service activities and staff performance.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
*Knowledge of chimney and exhaust cleaning procedures and safety standards.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
