Need a Assistant Manager - Maintenance


Job description

Key Responsibilities


Assist in planning, managing, and supervising all Hard Services operations including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and Fire Fighting systems.

Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality execution.

Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors for smooth daily operations.

Review maintenance schedules, job orders, reports, and ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs.

Support the Manager in preparing maintenance plans, manpower allocation, and resource management.

Ensure compliance with HSE standards and statutory requirements for all technical services.

Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance issues, technical risks, and improvement areas.

Evaluate subcontractor performance and verify completion of assigned tasks.

Assist in preparing technical reports, budgets, quotations, and procurement requests.

Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address technical concerns and support service delivery.


Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

5–8 years of experience in Hard Services / Facilities Management, with strong technical background.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Experience in maintenance planning, manpower management, and client coordination.

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CAFM systems is an advantage.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

GCC experience and a valid driving license are preferred.
