Looking For A Receptionist


Job description

Key Responsibilities:


Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor


Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly


Manage and schedule appointments and meetings


Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable manner


Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence


Support other team members as needed



Qualifications:


Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment


Professional appearance and demeanor


High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
