Receptionist & Office Administrator – Al Khalil Graphics (Printing & Advertising Company)
Al Khalil Graphics is seeking a Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our team in Bahrain on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients at the company and record their requests.
Forward client requests to the pricing department.
Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and manage incoming orders.
Organize and monitor delivery schedules for quotations and completed jobs.
Prepare data sheets and perform general administrative and organizational tasks.
Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with internal teams.
Handle company documentation and follow up with government authorities when needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Strong email communication and organizational skills.
Must be a Filipina female, currently residing in Bahrain, and able to transfer sponsorship.
Professional attitude, attention to detail, and reliability in task management.
