Position: Sales – Showroom

Type: Full time

Availability: Immediately

Contract: 1 year, renewable

Probation: 3 months from joining date

Workdays: 6 days a week, 1 day rest, working on public holidays if required

Work hours: 9 – 1pm, 4pm-8pm with 3 hour lunch break (8 hours per day)

Overtime: If required, as per Bahrain Labour Law

Public holiday: If required, as per Bahrain Labour Law

Vacation: 30 days per annum (upon successful completion of probation period)

Air ticket: Return economy ticket every 2 years to country of origin

Visa: For individual

Insurance: Provided by company at Al Hilal Hospital

Basic salary: BHD 250

Allowances: BHD 50 (combined housing and transport)

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and service-oriented Showroom Salesman to be the first point of contact for customers at our tailoring shop. The role focuses on assisting clients with product and design selection, managing orders, and coordinating with our masters and tailors to ensure every garment is delivered on time and exactly as promised.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them through fabric and style options.

• Order Processing: Record order details clearly and ensure all customer requirements are properly documented.

• Coordination: Work closely with masters and tailors to ensure orders are produced accurately and on schedule.

• Delivery Management: Track progress of each order, follow up with the tailoring team, and confirm readiness for delivery.

• Issue Resolution: Handle any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

• Showroom Maintenance: Keep displays neat, fabrics organized, and the shop presentable at all times.

• Sales Growth: Promote shop services and encourage repeat business through excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or fashion retail preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational skills for tracking and following up on orders.

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple customer requests.

• Well-groomed, professional appearance.

• Basic knowledge of tailoring or fabrics is an advantage (training will be provided).

• Flexible to work weekends or extended hours during busy seasons.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
