Secretary cum Admin Executive to support our administrative


Job description

We are looking to hire a female Secretary cum Admin Executive to support our administrative and executive teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management.


Handle office correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.


Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.


Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.


Maintain records, files, and confidential documents efficiently.


Candidate Requirements:


Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Strong organizational and time-management abilities.


Professional attitude with attention to detail.


Preference:
