We are seeking a reliable and proactive *Office Assistant / Executive Assistant* to support the day-to-day operations of our group of companies. This role involves handling a variety of administrative, coordination, and communication tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide general administrative and operational support
* Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document management
* Coordinate with external partners, clients, and suppliers as needed
* Maintain records and reports
* Support management with various tasks and projects
*Requirements:*
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
* Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
* Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not required
