We are seeking an experienced Visa & Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in immigration and visa consultancy services, with the ability to manage and process visa applications for multiple countries worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on suitable visa and immigration options based on their travel or relocation needs.
• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications and supporting documents in compliance with embassy and consulate requirements.
• Stay up to date with global immigration laws, policies, and regulations.
• Handle end-to-end visa file preparation, including documentation, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Provide clients with accurate timelines, fees, and requirements for different visa categories.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities.
• Maintain detailed client records and ensure confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 1 –3 years of experience in visa consultancy or immigration services.
• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration procedures for multiple countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
