***Task & Duties:
• Having good knowledge of HVAC Equipment & basic.
• Capable to review design, project execution as per site requirement.
• Smart in communication & fast working in computer.
• Having knowledge of ISHREAE & AMCA Standards.
• Checking Site Works quality and control.
• Having Installation knowledge of VRF, Package, DX Units & Ventilation fans.
• Able to handle Varies type of projects (Villa, Multistory Bldg, Commercial Bldg, Warehouse, Hospital Bldg).
• Able to prepare letter as per site requirement.
• Reviewing HVAC documents for compliance.
• Coordinating with site works, attending meetings along with consultants & clients.
• Reviewing the supplier GA drawings & Material specifications.
• Preparing application for payment as per site progress.
• Payment follow up.
• Reviewing quality of Materials, Tools, Manpower management and safety on regular basis.
** Education : Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
**Language : English Fluency
