Job Description: Hybrid Sales Representative
Job Title: Sales Representative Department: Sales Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business and
managing the entire sales cycle through a combination of remote and in-person activities. This
dynamic role requires a self-starter who can effectively generate leads via phone, build strong
client relationships through networking and client visits, and close deals to meet and exceed
sales targets. The compensation for this position is fully commission-based, offering significant
earning potential for a high-performing individual.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business through a combination of outbound calls, email campaigns, and
face-to-face networking.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and design consultations, both virtually and at
client locations (e.g., offices, showrooms, project sites).
• Proactively seek out and engage new sales prospects, including interior designers,
architects, real estate developers, and high-end consumers.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and client database, ensuring consistent
follow-up.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales and long-term
partnerships.
• Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record in both tele-sales and field
sales.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and
persuade both over the phone and in person.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage time and work independently.
• Knowledge of the furniture, interior design, or architectural field is a significant
advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
• A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required for client visits.
