We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager with a strong background in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) erection and steel structural projects. The ideal candidate will not only oversee project execution and operations but also bring new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive growth in the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all PEB erection and steel structural projects from planning to execution.
Develop new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base in the steel construction sector.
Drive project efficiency, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and cost control.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams and site engineers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present business development strategies to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
10+ years of proven experience in PEB erection and steel structural projects.
Strong track record in business development and securing new projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
