Shelf Assistant Required in Bahrain


Job description

Key Responsibilities

• The primary duty is to keep shelves, displays fully stocked with products from the stockroom.

• Merchandising products neatly and according to the store's planogram creating attractive and tidy displays to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

• Placing products on FIFO basis to minimizes waste and ensures to check for damaged or expired items and remove them from the shelves.

• Verify that products have the correct price tags and labels, ensuring consistency between the shelf price and the price at the checkout.

• Maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment by clearing empty boxes and packaging, cleaning up spills, and ensuring aisles are not obstructed.

• Must be prepared to help customers find products, answer basic questions, and direct them to other staff members when needed.

• Flexible to work in different shifts, weekends, and holidays to ensure the store is ready for customers at all times.

• Basic communication skills are needed to interact with both customers and co-workers.

• Must be well groomed and presentable.


Candidates must be currently residing in Bahrain and possess a transferable work visa.
