We are looking for a driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our sales team in Bahrain. This is an outdoor sales role requiring both technical knowledge and strong commercial acumen.
The successful candidate will hold an engineering degree and will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and providing technical sales support. This role combines technical expertise with the ability to build lasting customer relationships and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, secure orders, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery.
• Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and recommending product upgrades or improvements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
• Gather client feedback and support management in developing improved sales strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance quotas.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in technical or industrial sales.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
• Valid Bahrain Driving License.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in abrasives, cutting tools, machinery, or industrial consumables sales.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Commitment to continuous professional development in sales and engineering.
