Sales Manager – Food Brand (Retail & HORECA)

Location: Bahrain


About Us: We are a leading food brand with a strong presence in both retail and HORECA sectors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team across both business lines.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for both Retail and HORECA sectors.

• Manage and guide a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with key etail and HORECA clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.


Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

• Strong understanding of both Retail and HORECA markets.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

• Valid Bahrain driving license.
