A leading Grade A Engineering Consultancy in Manama, Bahrain seeks a Site Architect to join the team promptly.
About the Position:
- Looking for a highly motivated Senior Architect with robust technical, design, and site experience.
- Role demands exceptional coordination skills and the ability to lead meetings and project presentations professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading client meetings and project presentations.
- Reviewing detailed working drawings and shop drawings.
- Conducting site inspections, assisting in material selections, and representing the consultant during site meetings.
- Ensuring design compliance with local codes, international standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinating with structural, MEP, and other disciplines for smooth design and execution processes.
- Monitoring project progress and offering technical guidance across all project stages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultancy or similar engineering environments.
- Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills.
- Understanding of Bahrain Building Codes and International Standards is advantageous.
- Immediate availability required.
