Job Title: Wholesale Salesman – FMCG
Job Description:
The Wholesale Salesman is responsible for selling FMCG products to wholesale traders, grocery stores, and independent retailers. The role involves maintaining and growing existing wholesale accounts, opening new customers, collecting orders, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit wholesale markets, independent retailers, and groceries to promote and sell company products.
Achieve monthly sales and coverage targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers and develop new accounts.
Take regular orders and follow up on deliveries and payments.
Monitor stock levels, shelf displays, and product movement in wholesale outlets.
Gather feedback on pricing, promotions, and competitor activity.
Submit daily sales reports and market insights to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience in the wholesale sector.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of local market routes and customer base.
Valid driving license
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
