Key Responsibilities:
Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa applications
Manage the day-to-day task of the Owner
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs of properties
Maintain schedules and appointments, ensuring timely reminders and organization
Perform general administrative and secretarial duties as needed
Communicate effectively with staff and relevant contacts
Be available to join immediately and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role (Executive Secretary, PA, or Admin role)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office and general tech-savviness
Must be Filipino
